The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for stormwater management works serving Atura Hydrogen Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Atura H2 L.P., located at 2900 Whirlpool Road in the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of Stormwater Quality Control, Quantity Control, and Erosion Control works, and includes a substation consisting of containment pits equipped with a pumping manhole with an oil sensor, and a manual pump with PVC discharge pipes, discharging to the OPG hydro canal located east of the substation.
