Proposal details
The application proposes to transfer approximately 0.11 HA of land from (PIN 61390-0029) as a lot addition to an adjacent lot (PIN 61390-0166) in order to rectify an encroachment issue between two parcels.
The proposed benefitting lot would be 0.51 HA in size with frontage on Paradis Bay and contains a recreational dwelling. The proposed retained lot would be 48 HA with frontage on Paradis Bay. It contains both a house and cottage which are serviced by on site services. No changes are proposed for either property and both are accessible via Paradis road.

As required under the Planning Act, a public notice will be published on March 1st, 2024, in the New Liskeard Timiskaming Speaker Weekender.
