Proposal details
The purpose of application 60-C-235207 is to add a portion of road allowance on the north and west sides of Lot 248 on Plan M-222, PIN 42180-2612. Lot 248 is currently approximately 0.439 hectares. The proposed lot addition will add approximately 3 metres x approximately 60 metres of road allowance from the north and approximately 0.096 hectares of road allowance from the west to Lot 248. There are three (3) cabins located on this lot. There is an existing septic system and well on Lot 248.
