Proposal details
The purpose of application 60-C-235308 proposes to sever 0.084 hectares of shoreline allowance from PIN 42180-2612 to be added to PIN 42180-2578, Lot 257 on Plan M-222. Lot 257 is currently 0.328 hectares. The lands are currently vacant without any existing servicing. The lot is proposed for resource-based recreational use with an individual septic system and water serviced from the Winnipeg River.
