This proposal is for a New Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for CalClean Inc., a provider of soil and groundwater remediation services, for their mobile facility operating in various locations within Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including two mobile High Vacuum Dual Phase Extraction (HVDPE) remediation systems equipped with granular activated carbon (GAC) units and one Zeolite pellet treatment tank.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- acetone
- benzene
- lead
- mercury
- nitrogen oxides
- boron
- chromium, and
- methylene chloride
