This proposal is to a renewal of the Permit to Take Water No. 3537-9EPMTV for A. L. Blair Construction Limited - Cinnamon Quarry. Water will be taken from two wells and one pond on Benson George Road for dewatering and water supply purposes. Details of the water taking are as follows:

Purpose of taking: aggregate extraction - dewatering

  • maximum rate per minute (litres): 1,800
  • maximum number of hours of taking per day: 24
  • maximum volume per day (litres): 2,592,000
  • maximum number of days of taking per year: 90
  • period of taking: January 1- December 31 for 10 years

Source of water: Well TRP Ready Mix 6

Purpose of taking: construction - water supply

  • maximum rate per minute (litres): 28
  • maximum number of hours of taking per day: 24
  • maximum volume per day (litres): 40,000
  • maximum number of days of taking per year: 270
  • period of taking: January 1 - December 31 for 10 years

Source of water: Well TRP Ready Mix 8

Purpose of taking: construction - water supply

  • maximum rate per minute (litres): 28
  • maximum number of hours of taking per day: 24
  • maximum volume per day (litres): 40,000
