This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Sewage) for Beedie ON (Markham Road) Property Ltd. This application is for the approval of storm sewers and stormwater management works to be constructed on 3250 Markham Road and 568 Passmore Avenue, in the City of Toronto.
The proposed stormwater management works consist of rooftop storage discharging to an infiltration gallery, as well as an underground storage chamber, orifice control and an oil/grit separator discharging attenuated runoff into a storm sewer on Passmore Avenue.
