Proposal details

The proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval 8270-8CBPC7 for an air and noise approval for Sunrock Industries Canada ULC. This is for their ready-mix concrete (RMC) batching plant located at 4695 Brock Road, in the Township of Uxbridge.

The amendment includes two dust collectors (one to control the silos; one for the cement weight scale), one natural gas fired boiler, and one natural gas fired water heater.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

  • particulate matter
  • respirable crystalline silica
  • portland cement
  • slag, and
  • nitrogen oxides
