This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to be issued to Activa Holdings Inc., for the establishment of a stormwater management works structure, complete with associated parking, drive aisles and landscaped areas servicing a proposed 10-stored residential building, a 1-storey commercial building, and a future commercial building located at 485 and 495 Huron Road, in the City of Kitchener, Ontario.
The sewage works will include infiltration galleries, oil and grit separator units, a storage tank, and an outlet channel for water quantity and quality control, discharging into the Strasburg Creek.
