The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for 2054013 Ontario Limited for stormwater management works serving 1964 Muskoka Beach Road, in the Town of Gravenhurst, Ontario.
The stormwater management works are comprised of Quality Control, Quantity Control and Erosion Control works. The works include a storm sewer, enhanced swales, and a stormwater management dry pond. The works will discharge via a 300 millimetre diameter storm sewer to the existing private internal storm sewer network, which discharges to an existing intermittent watercourse west of the site.
