This is a terrible idea. The city lacks the infrastructure to accommodate multiple condos in this area. The traffic in the area is already unbearable most of time, and will only make things worse.
I am opposed to the approval of this development at this point in time given there is insufficient roadway and transit infrastructure in place to support such a project proceeding in the near future.

There is already too much congestion in that area. Leave the land as in! Most people who live in that area are seniors, let them live the way they have been living for years without so much congestion.

The city does not need any more condo housing. The traffic is unbearable now. It takes 30 minutes to get from hwy7 and Weston to Langstaff and Weston now, it would be catastrophic to add any more housing in this area. We do not support this build or any additional high rise build in this area.

I live in Weston Downs near the proposed site. We DO NOT want the development in this area. The area is already OVER congested with traffic and this will only make it much worse. Vaughan urban planning at its worst!

You cannot use MZO without the proper planning, transportation studies or public input. The area is already too contested to begin with

I am a resident of the area and I am not in favour of the proposed buildings on Langstaff Rd. Building of that size in that area would make getting around almost impossible, infrastructure in the area will not be suitable to accommodate the number of potential residents.

I am vehemently opposed to this proposal. There are many intensification areas in Vaughan and this is not designated as one of them. The appropriate use of the MZO would be to advance a mixed-use project in one of Vaughan’s planned intensification areas.

Please reconsider this condo development. We have enough traffic isssues and crowding on the roads. There is no ramp for north bound entrance on langstaff and it will cause a mess on Weston and other roads.

In regards to the proposed 4-35 story condominiums.
This is a very poor proposal for the area in Woodbridge, Ontario (Weston rd and Langstaff Ave).
In the current environment, traffic and congestion is quite high.

I do not approve of this development! Residents Were NOT consulted, no planning done, no studies done on how this will impact the residents of Vaughan! Weston road (from steeles ave to major Mackenzie) is already clogged with traffic!
