Woodbridge is already over populated without the proper infrastructure. You can’t even get around the town without sitting in traffic enough is enough. The town is already ruined. This needs to stop!!! We don’t want any more high rises!!!
The community needs to properly be informed on the impact of the project to the environment, traffic, infrastructure and overall urban design and vision for our community
The use of the MZO is not justified in this location. It is not an intensification area, in fact its an employment area which provides jobs for us the residents if vaughan. MZOs should only be used in intensification areas where shovels will go into the ground immediately to build homes.

I am not in favour of this development in Weston downs. I am worried how this will negatively impact the neighborhood and overhaul an already taxed roadway system and the surrounding property values.
My family and I have lived in the Weston Rd and Langstaff area for 40 years. We are 100% opposed to having highrises built in our neighbourhood. The amount of highrises that have been built in Vaughan,especially in Woodbridge is out of control.

I oppose bypassing normal process that will result in an improper community impact assessment. Current infrastructure cannot cope with current population volumes and addition of four towers will make the existing problem worse.
I totally disagree with this development at this location. The area at Langstaff and Weston Rd (Highway 400) is already congested. These roads area already congested with people trying to get access to work.

This has not been reviewed correctly and it appears the land owner is strategically using policy aimed to help the housing crisis as a business advantage.

I am absolutely against the proposal to build 4 apartment buildings at Langstaff and Hwy 400 area. There is already to much congestion , this proposal would create an isolated community and , the current infrastructure does not support this type of ccommunity.

Vaughan is already majorly congested, especially the Weston Rd and hwy 7 area. We need infrastructure before all high density buildings. And there is no room for infrastructure. Vaughan is busting at the seems! And not to mention all the crime that we are having to face right now.

Crime rate is already through the roof and highway 7 and Weston road is already so conjested with traffic!!! We the people of Vaughan did not sign up for this.
