Upon seeing the billboard go up about the proposed condos given all the condos already going up it makes me want to move. I understand growth and development but keep it at HWY 7 not in a predominately upper scale residential area. Read more

This is utterly unacceptable. First of all not know about this until 2 days ago. We live here, we pay taxes here we spend our money here and NO ONE told us about this and the deadline is in a few days!! Who is responsible for letting this get so far without notice to people living in the area. Read more

As a resident of this area for many decades my family and I are shocked and horrified that these 4 buildings are being proposed for this location, it's practically on the highway. There is already too much traffic and a strain on services such as health care and education and other amenities. Read more

Existing traffic congestion Inappropriate use of MZO increased congestion in an already congested area. The long time residents are opposed to this and local politicians have ignored and discarded the residents voices. This must not move forward. Stop this now.

As a member of the community effected by this development I believe this development will be great for the community. The community has alot of elder members, alot of which reside in big homes. Many of these elderly will be looking for smaller places to move to in the coming years. Read more

I am against this proposal to change to a mixed use community. This land has been deemed as employment land. What disturbs me is that I had to find out about this through the community and our rate payers association. Where are the the counsellor that we have voted in? Read more

This proposed four 32 storey apartment building development is far too large for its location. Traffic in the area is already heavy and this proposed development will increase traffic significantly. Vaughan has a traffic congestion problem, and this will only aggravate it. Read more

This project should not be approved. Hwy 7 was designated to be the corridor for high rise apartments. Langstaff and hwy 40o does not have the road structure to support this project. We already have traffic congestion in the area and this would make it more difficult. Read more

1. There was no insight to this development, as no research went on to address the current traffic on Weston rd, Langstaff rd, and Pine-valley notwithstanding the new traffic that would commence during the building of the project and the new residences. Read more
