The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for sewage treatment works serving Christine Kaiser-Reid operating as Point of Mara Resort & Trailer Park, located at 2268 and 2269 Lakeshore Drive, in Brechin.

The sewage treatment works comprise of existing and proposed on-site sanitary sewer systems, septic tanks, pump stations and forcemains in addition to an existing small septic bed located on 2268 Lakeshore Drive and a large area bed located along the south limit of 2269 Lakeshore Drive. All effluent will be discharged to the large area bed and small septic bed.
