The subject lands are located on Kama Point, between Nipigon Bay and Mazukama Bay on Lake Superior, approximately 17 kilometres east of the Township of Nipigon municipal boundary and approximately 100 kilometres northeast of the City of Thunder Bay. The subject land is accessed from Highway 17 via Kama Point Road, a private road maintained seasonally by the Kama Campers Association. The road does not create a natural severance. There is an existing road easement over the subject lands.

The purpose of these formal applications is for two lot additions.
58-C-243893 will add approximately 0.11 hectares from PIN 62465-0041 to PIN 62465-0040 creating a total lot size of approximately 0.78 hectares. This property has an existing cottage, garage, well, and septic field.
