This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Sunrock Industries Canada ULC, for the operation of one ready-mix concrete batching facility, located in Fenelon Falls, Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including three baghouse dust collectors, one number 2 fuel oil-fired hot water boiler, and the delivery, storage, and handling of materials associated with concrete batching operations.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- particulate matter,
- respirable crystalline silica (quartz),
- portland cement,
- carbon monoxide,
- sulphur dioxide,
- nitrogen oxides, and
- noise
