Proposal details

The purpose of application 60-C-221711 is to correct a technical merger that occurred when abutting lands were inadvertently placed under the same title. The proposed new lot has approximately 60 metres of frontage with an irregular shape and an area of approximately 67 hectares and contains a residence and will be used for residential and agricultural use.  The retained lot has approximately 390 metres of frontage with an irregular shape and an area of approximately 25 hectares of land and is currently used for residential and agricultural use. There are existing septic and water systems on the property.
