This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) serving Greycan 13 Properties Inc. & 13144801 Canada Inc. for the establishment of stormwater management works as part of the proposed warehouse facility, for the collection, transmission, treatment, and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 61 Bethel Road, in the City of Brantford, County of Brant, Ontario.
The stormwater management works is designed for quantity and quality control provided through two stormceptor oil-grit separators, one infiltration gallery and a combination of underground detention tank and oversized storm sewers, with an ultimate discharge towards the Whitemans Creek, within the Grand River Watershed.
