Decision details

Effects of consultation

1 comment was received in response to the Environmental Registry notice. The proponent has addressed all relevant comments.

3 comments were received through the ARA consultation process.

The concerns were related to road and traffic impacts related to the haul route and quarry entrance, nuisance impacts from the quarry and the potential of increased impacts, lack of demonstrated need for tonnage increase, concerns on excess water from quarry, general concerns around MNR systems and processes in place to ensure compliance with the ARA.

The concerns were addressed by providing additional information. Some concerns were not addressed as they were not relevant to this specific proposal.
