The subject lands are located on the northern shore of the channel of water connecting Wabigoon lake to Dinorwic Lake in the geographic township of Southworth, in the District of Kenora. The lands are approximately 26.8 km east of the City of Dryden, and 7.8 km west of Dinorwic.

The purpose of this application is to sever 0.09 hectares of land from PIN 42093-0060 to be added as a lot addition to PIN 42093-0073. The effect of the lot addition is to correct a septic field encroachment. The septic field for the residence associated with PIN 42093-0073 encroaches onto PIN 42093-0060. PIN 42093-0073 (the lands receiving the addition) are 0.59 hectares with 83.2 metres of frontage onto Dinorwic Lake and a depth of 71 metres. PIN 42093-0060 (the lands being severed) are 1.21 hectares with 123.73 metres of frontage and a depth of 98.40 metres. The land to be transferred from PIN 42093-0060 to PIN 42093-0073 is 0.09 hectares with 9.45 metres of frontage and 98.40 metres of depth.
