Application 60-C-249903, to sever 0.09 hectares of land from PIN 42093-0073 to be added as a lot addition to PIN 42093-0060, was approved on April 28, 2025, with a last date to appeal this decision of May 18, 2025, as applied for by the Ministry, subject to standard conditions and the following conditions:

  1. That the application to consolidate the parcels be prepared and an undertaking from the person registering the documents shall be required agreeing to register the consolidations once the land transfers have been registered.
  2. That prior to final approval, the Ministry must be advised by the Northwestern Health Unit that the retained lands and the severed lands have been inspected and are suitable for the installation of a subsurface sewage system or that the existing systems meet their requirements.

Proposal details

The purpose of this application is to sever 0.09 hectares of land from PIN 42093-0073 to be added as a lot addition to PIN 42093-0060. The effect of the lot addition is to correct a septic field encroachment. The septic field for the residence associated with PIN 42093-0060 encroaches onto PIN 42093-0073. PIN 42093-0060 (the lands receiving the addition) are 0.59 hectares with 83.2 metres of frontage onto Dinorwic Lake and a depth of 71 metres. PIN 42093-0073 (the lands being severed) are 1.21 hectares with 123.73 metres of frontage and a depth of 98.40 metres. The land to be transferred from PIN 42093-0073 to PIN 42093-0060 is 0.09 hectares with 9.45 metres of frontage and 98.40 metres of depth.
