Decision details
The changes to the site plan for ARA Licence No. 626558 were approved by the Director on August 11, 2025.
The approval allows 1300488 Ontario Ltd. to increase the number of tonnes of aggregate that may be removed in a calendar year from 100,000 tonnes annually to 500,000 tonnes annually. This increase addresses the higher demand for aggregates in the area, permit importation of 180,000 m3 of excess soils and permit blasting.
