The subject lands are located in the unincorporated township of Conacher, Stewart Bay on lower Shebandowan Lake, approximately 50 kilometres northwest of the City of Thunder Bay. Access to the subject land is by Highway 11, and Rudolph Road.

Proposal details

The purpose of this formal application is to create a legal easement in perpetuity over PIN 62315-0342 (8 metres wide, 90 metres long) to access four (4) proposed new lots and a retained lot, currently identified as PIN 62315-0176. The easement would connect from Rudolph Road, then over to PIN 62315-0176 in a west to east direction.
