This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1221871218 for Gatling Exploration Inc. Water will be taken from 20 lakes, 20 wells, and 40 watercourses for mining purposes as part of the Larder Gold Project, located five kilometres east of the Town of Larder Lake, Ontario. The amendment includes the addition of 50 water taking sources as part of the project. Permit to Take Water Number P-300-1221871218 v2 was issued on September 8, 2025 for a period of ten years.

- Category 3: water takings are anticipated to have the highest potential of causing unacceptable environmental impactor interference
The proposed water taking qualifies as a Category 3 permit.
