Proposal details

Proposed application 60-C-249757 is to add a 0.299 hectare portion of privately owned road and shoreline allowance to Lot 259 on Plan M-222. Lot 259 is approximately 0.23 hectares in size and currently has a vacant condo building on it, which does not have existing sewage servicing. The existing condo building is proposed to be reconfigured, allowing for 2-3 residential units.

The effect of this application is to tie existing road and shoreline allowance to an existing lot in a plan of subdivision in order to be conveyed through a future lot consolidation.
