The lands are typically accessed by Ontario Highway 596, Front Street maintained by the Minaki Local Roads Board and a private road crossing a number of the lots on Plan M-222. The lands are approximately 56 km northwest of the City of Kenora.

Proposal details
Proposed application 60-C-249757 is to add a 0.423 hectare portion of road and shoreline allowance from PIN 42180-2813 to PIN 42180-2608, Lot 259 on Plan M-222. Lot 259 is approximately 0.23 hectares in size and currently has a vacant condo building on it, which does not have existing sewage servicing. This lot addition will rearrange lot lines for future lot consolidations.
