This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to establish a stormwater management works drainage structure and a private septic system proposed as part of a re-development of a property located at 699 Dundas Street West in the City of Belleville, Ontario.
The drainage sewage works will include storm sewers, ditches and sub-surface storage chambers for quality and quantity control, discharging within the Great Lakes - St. Lawrence/Lake Ontario/Northeast Lake Ontario Shoreline/Telegraph Narrows - Bay of Quinte Watershed.
Designed for a total daily flow of 15,500 litres per day, the proposed subsurface septic system will consist of two septic tanks, a pump chamber and a forcemain to deliver the effluent to the treatment area, and a dispersal bed.
