Proposal details

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval to recognize existing sewage disposal from a seasonal trailer park located at 191 Winns Drive in the Municipality of Prince Edward County and consists of existing holding tanks receiving wastewater for removal offsite by a licensed hauler and an existing Ontario Building Code Class 4 subsurface disposal system. The owners are applying to add additional holding tanks to receive an additional 32 trailer sites.

The Ministry may require effluent monitoring and may impose effluent limits.
