The approval can be appealed using the procedure outlined below. Proposal details

The purpose of application is to create a new easement in respect of the land described as Lot 5 (PIN 421250331) to provide access to Lot 4 (PIN 421250330). There is an existing road where the proposed easement is, and the lots are used for resource based recreational use.

The proposed easement will have a frontage of approximately 8 metres, a depth of 79 metres and an area of 0.06 hectares.
