This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to be issued to 9773690 Canada Inc., for the establishment of sewage works, in support of a proposed multi-unit warehouse development on Emard Street; for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site geographically described as Part 4, Plan 50R-11106, Lot 22, Concession 4, in the Township of Russell, United Counties of Prescott-Russell, Ontario.
The sewage works system will consist of a dry pond, complete with storm sewers, loading docks and asphalt driveway parking areas/driveways; designed for quantity and quality control; discharging into the Wood Eadie Municipal Drain, within the Lower Ottawa South Nation Watershed.
