This proposal for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for 2619819 Ontario Limited. This application is for the approval of a stormwater management dry pond to be constructed in the Sutton's Trail Condominium which outlets directly to Patterson Creek.
The proposed stormwater management works consist of infiltration galleries, on-site storm sewers, a stormwater management dry pond and an oil/grit separator and will discharge to Patterson Creek. The Sutton's Trail Condominium is located on Hunt Street, north of Queensway West in the Town of Simcoe, Norfolk County. This project has both Norfolk County and LPRCA approvals in place at the time of ECA application.
