Decision details

The application for consent 60-C-239886 was draft approved on September 5, 2025 subject to conditions.

Conditions include a registered plan of survey, confirmation of hauled sewage capacity, confirmation of access and easement access, septic services inspection, and a restriction on title.

Notice to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal must be filed with the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing on or before September 25, 2025.
