VUTEQ CANADA INC - Environmental Compliance Approval (air)

This proposal is for an amendment to the Limited Operational Flexibility for an Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) No. A-500-9204118096 for VUTEQ CANADA INC, a manufacturing facility located at 920 Keyes Drive in Woodstock, Ontario. The emission sources from the manufacturing and associated processes that discharge to the air include injection molding, paint and adhesive application, drying, fabric and ornamental attachment, vacuum forming, small part installation and assembly, and packaging. The amendment is to modify the building by adding an additional 5000 square foot warehouse with new heating sources. Emissions to the air from this facility include:

• metallic chromium
• formic acid
• nickel
• propane
• xylenes

The Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air), when issued, permits modifications to the facility subject to limits on operational flexibility that include a production limit for the facility to be specified on the Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air). The limited operational flexibility conditions have an expiry date. The company will be required to make an application for amendment at that time to renew these conditions.
