I believe it is very important to have a soil management site like this in E Ontario, particularly with O.Reg. 406/19 requiring more oversight on where soil can end up after excavations.
It would be very beneficial to have a soil management site in eastern Ontario; with O.Reg406/19 there is a high demand for soil management sites in this area.
