This bulletin is for information only, as a closure plan amendment is not an instrument under the Environmental Bill of Rights, 1993.
The Ministry of Energy and Mines is posting this bulletin to the Environmental Registry to keep the public informed of changes to mining projects in Ontario.

Bulletin details
The proposed changes to the project are as follows:
- inclusion of financial assurance associated with items owned by contractors, associated infrastructure not captured within the 2016 filing and water intake line.
- reporting on the soil analysis for nutrients for growth media
- updated site plans
- updated results of Acid Base Accounting (ABA) for waste rock and tailings
- findings of the 2019 aquatic assessment
- inclusion of the 2019 hydrogeological assessment
- material updates pertaining to progressive rehabilitation
- rehabilitation costs for Stage two embankment as well as associated closure measures for the greater tailings storage
