This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) owned by Vaughan 1E Energy Storage 1 GP Inc. as general partner for and on behalf of Vaughan 1E Energy Storage 1 LP,, for the establishment of sewage works infrastructure, in support of a proposed Battery Energy Storage System facility, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 8118 Dufferin Street, in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.
The proposed sewage works will consist of a storm sewers system, underground storage tanks and a downstream oil grit separator for quality and quality control; discharging towards the Don River.
