Proposal details
Proposed application 60-C-259135 is to add a 0.081 hectare portion of privately owned shoreline allowance to Lot 262 on Plan M-222. Lot 262 is approximately 0.29 hectares in size and is currently vacant. Resource-based recreational use is proposed, serviced by individual sewage services.
The effect of this application is to tie existing shoreline allowance to an existing lot in a plan of subdivision in order to be conveyed through a future lot consolidation.
