This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Walter's Inc., located at 250 Third Concession Road, in the County of Brant, Ontario.

The stormwater management works comprise of stormwater quantity and quality control works and includes a dry infiltration pond with a maximum depth of 1.6 metres and a total storage volume of 1,047 cubic metres. In the event of a rainfall event that exceeds the capacity of the infiltration pond, the overflow is discharged to road ditches along Third Concession and Middle Townline Road.
