This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 30,000 litres per day, to service Camp Howland youth camp located at 5373 Haliburton County Road 121, in the Township of Minden Hills, Ontario.
The proposed works include two septic tanks, a pump tank, and a raised absorption trench leaching bed. The ministry may require effluent monitoring and may impose effluent limits.
