Supporting studies, regulatory approvals, and public comments are being considered by provincial and municipal reviewers as part of the evaluation process.
Comments were received through the Aggregate Resources Act (ARA) consultation process. The licensee conducted multiple follow-ups with Township and interested parties, provided responses to comments and supporting studies, and received no further concerns.
