This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for Ontario Power Generation Inc. (OPG), located at 14000 Niagara River Parkway in the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

This application is for the approval of replacement storm sewers to be constructed in support of the rehabilitation of two existing parking lot facilities for OPG's Sir Adam Beck hydroelectric generating complex. OPG is seeking approval to continue stormwater discharge into OPG's Hydro Canal, with improved water quality due to the addition of water quality units (oil/grit separators) at the site outfalls.
