This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for existing stormwater management works, serving Dow Canada Material Sciences ULC facilities, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 2 Manse Road, Scarborough, Ontario.

The existing stormwater system includes on-site sewer network, pipe culverts and grassed swales and the proposed stormwater system includes oil and grit filter for quality control; discharging to Gray Abbey ravine via an existing on-site storm sewer outlet, storm runoff from some parts of the site also drain to roadside ditch along Copperfield Road and natural vegetation within site boundary.
