This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to establish a stormwater management works structure owned and operated by Con-Cast Pipe Limited, servicing the Drycast and wetcast - precast concrete manufacturing facilities located at 299 Brock Road South in Puslinch, County of Wellington, Ontario.

The proposed works consist of a maintenance hole, a double catchbasin maintenance hole, culvert, a double ditch inlet, storm sewers, vegetated swales, two underground infiltration storage systems, and four oil-grit separator (OGS) units; designed to collect site stormwater run-off; for quantity and quality control; discharging within the Grand River Watershed, via Municipal Drain - Carroll Pond.
