The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval to be issued to Halton Recycling Ltd., for the establishment of industrial stormwater management works as part of the proposed site redevelopment located at 360 Shirley Avenue, in the City of Kitchener, Ontario.

The proposed stormwater management works comprise of Stormwater Quantity and Quality Controls, and include an orifice plate, infiltration gallery, surface storage, and an oil/grit separator, and will discharge to the municipal storm sewers within the Shirley Avenue right-of-way.
