This proposal is to amend the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA No. 3855-ANGLJG) issued to e-Cycle Solutions Inc., for a waste disposal site located at 7510 Bren Road in the City of Mississauga, within the Regional Municipality of Peel.

The site is a 2.27-hectare facility permitted to receive, dismantle, process, and transfer waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).

The amendment is for increasing the daily waste received from 125 metric tonnes to 250 metric tonnes per day and expanded the service area to include the United States. The onsite storage limit remains at 1,250 tonnes.

The facility operates with shipping and receiving hours from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday to Friday, with the ability to operate up to 24 hours per day, seven days per week as needed., within the Regional Municipality of Peel.
