This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the construction of sewage works serving an oil containment system for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater from the Transformer Spill containment areas at the Midland Lawrence Station located at 1365 Midland Avenue, in the City of Toronto.

The proposed works will consist of an individual passive oil containment pit for the Transformer having a total design containment volume of 13,036 litres.
