Proposal details

Proposed application 58-C-259506 is to correct a technical merger that occurred when abutting lands were inadvertently placed under the same title.

The proposed severed lot will have approximately 63 metres of frontage, 366 metres of depth, and an area of 2.32 hectares. There is an existing dwelling and outbuilding. This lot is serviced by a septic system and well water system. It is currently used for rural residential use.

The retained property will have approximately 70 metres of frontage, 366 metres of depth, and an area of 2.56 hectares. There is an existing dwelling and outbuildings. This lot is serviced by a septic system and a well. It is currently used for rural residential use.

The effect of this application is to create a new lot with existing development and residential use to correct an inadvertent merging of title.
