Gadhri Investments Ontario Limited - Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage)

This proposal is to amend the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) No. 7427-7NBQB8 issued on February 27, 2009, for approval of the replacement of the existing leaching bed of the existing sewage works (previously approved by the Huron County Health Unit Permit No. E245/75 dated August 5, 1975), operated at a maximum capacity of 1,100 litres per day to serve the existing 2-bedroom dwelling located in the Heritage Estates - Trailer Park.

This amendment application is for approval of existing sewage works for the treatment of sanitary sewage and subsurface disposal of treated effluent from the existing year-round Heritage Estates - Trailer Park consisting of 38 trailer sites, located at 75049 Hensall Road, R.R.# 4, Seaforth, Municipality of Huron East, County of Huron.

This amendment application is for approval of 24 individual sewage systems, previously approved by the Huron County Health Unit, servicing 25 trailer sites, and 11 existing, but currently unapproved, individual sewage works servicing 12 trailer sites.

Each of the 10 unapproved individual sewage systems services one trailer site and one unapproved individual sewage system services one trailer sites. Each of the 11 unapproved individual sewage system consists of one existing septic tank and one existing absorption trench leaching bed and associated distribution piping.
