Proposal details

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for a liquid soil processing instrument, for Southview Group (southview). The liquid soil management will be situated at 144 North Port Road, Port Perry, Township of Scugog, Ontario.

The 3.7 hectare (9.1 acres) site will be used as a liquid soil processing facility. The site receives liquid soil slurry (typically from hydro-vac vehicles or directional bore slurry) with a maximum total daily volume of 300 cubic metres received from multiple sites within Ontario and solid soil is generated by physical water separation.

Receiving, processing, and shipping activities may take place between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with reduced hours on Saturday.
