This proposal is to amend the Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 2339-7PSS97 for 2629045 Ontario Limited, a ready-mix concrete batching facility, located in the City of Windsor, Ontario.
This application is for the approval of an increase in the maximum production capacity for Tilbury Concrete's ready-mix facility, additional dust collectors, and modifications to the natural gas fired hot water boiler and hot water heater.
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- nitrogen oxides
- slag
- portland cement
- particulate matter, and
- respirable crystalline silica
