This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) for the establishment of private stormwater management facilities, as part of a proposed industrial development; for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 30654 Highway 28 East, in the Town of Bancroft, County of Hastings, Ontario.
The proposed stormwater management works will consist of storm sewers, ditches and a dry pond for quantity and quality control; discharging via an unnamed waterbody, within the Bay - York River Watershed.
