This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for the establishment of stormwater management facilities owned and operated by G. Williams Paving Ltd., in support of an existing Contractor's Yard for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a site located at 1575 Westbrook Road, in the City of Kingston, County of Frontenac, Ontario.

The sewage works will consist of a wet pond, ditches and swales, complete with asphalt plant, truck scale and scale house, material storage areas, asphalt laneways, and a public material pickup area, for water quantity and quality control and quantity, discharging within the Glenvale Creek watershed.
